Facebook:

A plugin of the social network Facebook (provider: Facebook Inc., USA) is used on our pages. Your IP address – combined with the information that you have visited our site – will be transmitted to Facebook. Your rights:

Your stored personal data can be queried, revoked, transferred, corrected, restricted and deleted by you free of charge and at any time in accordance with the DSGVO (contact see imprint, above). Inquiries/orders in this regard are processed within one month. If in certain cases a shorter time frame is required by law, this will be observed.

Deletion/rejection:

You may at any time object to any consent you may have given to the processing of your data.

The data provided by the customer/prospective customer/user is routinely deleted in the following calendar year after expiry of the contractual relationship/last contact. You can request the deletion of your personal data at any time and free of charge (contact see imprint, above). In addition, the data is stored for as long as it is required by law, financial law or commercial law. Furthermore, deletion is restricted in the event of legal claims and legal disputes being asserted.

Cookies/Google Web Fonts:

Cookies (small data programs) are used to display this website for technically error-free and optimized provision. Cookies can also be stored in your browser if you access this site via another website. If necessary, you can agree to this storage in your browser or switch it off. Data for the fulfilment of the order:

Data storage and processing of the data supplied by the customer within the scope of the business relationship:

The data provided will be stored until the complete completion of the order. The data provided by the customer/prospective customer is routinely deleted in the following calendar year after conclusion of the contractual relationship and/or last contact.  

In the case of orders, the data provided by the client can be used for checking the contract law and for possible creditworthiness checks (SCHUFA information). 

The data provided by the client (e.g. documents, files, analyses, etc.) can be transferred to external service providers for processing for direct order processing if necessary. By awarding the contract, the external service providers are obliged to comply with the basic data protection regulation DSGVO. 

Consent to the data storage and forwarding with effect on the future and deletion of the data is possible at any time free of charge. Contact see above (Imprint). 

This data protection declaration is adapted in each case to the valid legal situation of the basic data protection regulation DSGVO and the data protection law BDSG.
